Zohran Mamdani Vows a 'Dawn' for New York City in First Speech
In a first day in his new role, Zohran Mamdani vowed to “reinvent” the metropolis, declaring “a fresh chapter” and an audacious commencement to his tenure.
A Historic Mayor
